This workbook was written by Ashley Coleman, an end-of-life planner located here in Portland. The goal is to help ease some of our culture's death anxiety in ways that are gentle and approachable. Ashley created this workbook to help people become more comfortable thinking about death and mortality. It contains five prompts meant to be completed once a day for five days, asking questions about the way we view death and what we might have in mind for our own final days. While the subject matter is a bit heavy, the workbook is designed so that these questions don't feel quite so intimidating.
A really special way to engage with mortality in an approachable way.
