I made this blend to support a friend in her journey to parenthood! Along with all the sacred beautiful aspects of growing a new baby, definitely come some extra needs for the human carrying the baby. These are herbs that help support a healthy, safe pregnancy.
This is for a jar of organic tea. 1 tsp./per 8 oz. water is the standard dose. Contains enough for 20+ of such a serving.
The blend contains: Nettles, Red Raspberry Leaf, Oatstraw, & Peppermint. These herbs are nutritive and supportive for the parent and baby. This blend is also just nice as a day-time ritual for new parents.

Nettles: one of the best women's tonic herbs. Rich in iron, calcium & vitamin A; healthy for mama and baby, and even helps increase Mama's milk flow, while relieving water retention.
Red Raspberry Leaf: widely used female tonic herbs- especially valuable during pregnancy. Contains elements that tone and nourish the uterus, also rich in vitamins and minerals (including calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, vitamins B, C, E!)
Oatstraw: a wonderful nerve tonic that is also rich in calcium/magnesium, rich in fiber
Peppermint: helps to feel renewed, refreshed, wonderful digestion-aid, helpful for nausea, the list goes on and on!
This is the daytime blend, we also have a nighttime blend.
