I’ve finally gotten into Gua Sha face massage each morning and aside from the sweet extra care moments it provides me to give some love to my face, it’s kinda amazing how much it makes a difference in waking my face up and giving my skin that little extra something. Gua Sha massage is a great way to move and drain the lymph system in the neck and face which helps reduce puffiness and also helps bring fresh blood flow to the skin which is good for rejuvenating the glow. Tiktok and Youtube are great resources for learning some of the basics to use this tool. But I will say it's very easy and gratifying and a game changer for my relationship to my face-care. It also helped me fall more deeply in love with these skin-care products I've been making for years.
