I'm not one for bashing coffee- I like the stuff.
BUT, in our rushed-busy-society, coffee is another demon to the adrenals, and quite frankly, and addiction that can do more harm than good, when it is used beyond moderation. However, we can also all agree that sometimes we need an extra pep in our step- when the afternoon lull hits, or when the season has generally become a yawn-fest.

Some info about the herbs within: 
Yerba Mate: a powerful leaf that is loaded with vitamins & minerals. All over the world, it is known to be an herb that increases energy & productivity, while reducing fatigue. Gingko: one of the oldest trees on earth, with potent leaves that help us to accomplish, nourish in productivity, improve concentration and memory; good for focus and a clear mind
Lemon Peel: soothing for stress, good for skin, bones, reduces free-radicals, and even helps maintain oral hygiene
Holy Basil: in Ayurvedic medicine, this is known as an adaptogen, meaning it helps us adapt to internal/external stressors in our lives, clears brain fog, regenerates the mind, increases mental clarity while taking the edge off so that you can have energy along with calm
Gotu Kola: reduces adrenal stress, cognitive restorative, deeply centering & grounding- supportive of solution-based thinking, brain tonic
